I have been a spiritual director since 2018, training at Aylesford priory on the Ecumenical Training Program for Spiritual Direction course. A qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with an MA and PG Cert in Focusing-Oriented psychotherapy. Married for 43 years I am blessed with 5 grown up children and 5 beautiful grandchildren. My work as your director is to accompany you as you explore God’s will and purpose in your life. I have discovered that being heard – that is listened to – really listened to – is a powerful and wonderful thing which can lead to discernment of your heart’s desire. Contemplative, Ignatian, Ecumenical.
