I completed the 2 year School of Spiritual Direction through Sustainable Faith UK, along with a 6
month Ignatian Introduction to Spiritual Accompaniment prior to that.
I attribute much of my own growth and ongoing formation to those who have held safe space for
me – my husband, my 24-7 Prayer community (both local and wider), mentors, and my own spiritual
director. So it is my great joy as a spiritual director to hold safe space for others, where they are
able to connect more deeply with God and their own souls, encountering Jesus’ invitation into life
to the full.
