As a Spiritual Director and Spiritual Director Supervisor, one of my greatest joys is seeing people experience increasing peace, hope, understanding, inspiration, and compassion. Motivated by a deep love of Jesus and passion for life with Christ, my spiritual direction practice aims to support people in their journey toward a more open, vibrant relationship with God, themselves and others. I provide a welcoming, non-judgmental context for people to explore and express their relationship with God, including their faith, doubt, suffering, joy, and everything in between. I live in Ontario, Canada and my core values include family, friendship, authenticity, creativity, and learning.
