With the ability to structure chaos, I navigate the world by bringing the indispensable values of listening, compassion, joy and acceptance. I understand the importance of a safe environment where everyone can live without fear, without shame, yet remain vulnerable, true, and welcomed as they are. Anglican, with an Evangelical Charismatic background, from a mixed Roman Catholic and Presbyterian family, my recent experience in an Anglican religious community makes me at ease with a more contemplative tradition. My interests in spiritual direction are the Enneagram, life in transition, spirituality for neurodivergents (ADHD & Autism – I am an AuDHDer) , and the ones who sometimes call themselves ‘spiritual but not religious’.
